Where is my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently ship worldwide.
What if my order arrived damaged?
We apologise that you received a damaged item. Please send us a photo to hello@undresse.com and your information, and we will be happy to help with a resolution.
What’s your return & refund policy?
Due to hygienic reasons, all underwear bottoms are FINAL SALE.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do! If you’re new to UNDRESSE, we offer a one-time discount to new customers upon subscribing to our email newsletter. We also offer discounts on our underwear when you purchase a bundle: you save tremendously when you purchase from our 3 pair pack.
Do you have an affiliate program?
UNDRESSE affiliate program is by invite only. If you are an influencer
who is interested in working with us, you may submit your information
for consideration here or email hello@undresse.com.
